1. How much will it cost to convert my VHS Tape to digital? 

Our pricing for audio conversion is P180 per tape plus the media that you keep.

2. Do I get the tapes back?

Yes, we return everything in the same boxes that they arrive in.

3. How will I receive digital files back?

The digital files are returned on an External Hard Drive or USB  Drive - that is the media that you keep.

4. How long will it take for video conversions? 

It will depend on the number of tapes. We will give you an estimate at the time of quotation.

5. Will you repair the VHS tape if it is completely torn?

Yes, we have successfully repaired tapes in the past. There is an extra charge for this service.
