We offer to collect your photos and videos for no charge in Gaborone and surrounding areas not exceeding 20 kilometres.

1. How do I book a home collection?

Fill out our Customer Care Form or call to speak with our representatives to get started with your project.

2. Who will I be dealing with at my home or office?

Projects are handled by our trained experts.

3. What is the home collection process?

As soon as we get your Customer Care Form, we will contact you and give you a reasonable collection window on the day that we plan to arrive. We will text or call you approximately 30 minutes before we arrive. 

 

4. Will you also return the photos and videos to my home or office?

Yes, our experts will return all your original materials along with the media that you keep (in most cases; External Hard Drives or USB Drives).
